You are always entitled to return your product(s) within 14 days from the time of receiving your order. You may return the product(s) online. Please note, any initial shipping fee will not be refunded, and a return shipping fee will be charged.

We charge 79 kr for the return shipping within SE and 20 EUR for EU, ROW and Norway. The cost will be deducted from your refund. The product(s) does not have to be returned in the original box. For the return to be accepted the returned product(s) must be essentially in the same condition in which they were sold and with any seals intact. This does not apply if the i product(s) were damaged or otherwise changed due to any measure necessary to examine them, or due to any other circumstance not related to the consumer.

Lis Bonne Atelier will repay the price of the product(s) as soon as possible, however at the latest within 14 days from the date the product(s) was returned and received by us. The funds will be returned to your original method of payment. If you paid using your credit card, the amount will be repaid to the same card.
