Return Policy
You are always entitled to return your product(s) within 30 days from the time of receiving your order. You may return the product(s) online. Please note that we charge 79 kr for the return shipping and 20 EUR for EU, ROW, UK and Norway. The cost will be deducted from your refund. The product(s) does not have to be returned in the original box. Please note, any initial shipping fee will not be refunded.

For the return to be accepted the returned product(s) must be essentially in the same condition in which they were sold and with any seals intact. This does not apply if the product(s) were damaged or otherwise changed due to any measure necessary to examine them, or due to any other circumstance not related to the consumer.
Lis Bonne Atelier will repay the price of the product(s) as soon as possible, however at the latest within 14 days from the date the product(s) was returned and received by us.
The funds will be returned to your original method of payment. If you paid using your credit card, the amount will be repaid to the same card.
Right of Withdrawal (EU)
As a consumer in the EU, you have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. At Lis Bonne Atelier we extend this period, so you may return your item(s) within 30 days, as described in our Return Policy above.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you can start a return in our return portal, or email us at info@lisbonneatelier.com stating your name and order number. We will confirm receipt of your withdrawal by email without delay.
If your order has not yet been shipped, you can also cancel it before dispatch. Contact us at info@lisbonneatelier.com as soon as possible.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned item(s). Where applicable, the direct cost of returning the goods (79 SEK within Sweden, €20 from other countries) is deducted from your refund, as stated above.

Unclaimed shipments
If your order is returned to us due to failure to collect your package, a fee of 250 sek for Swedish orders and €30 for international shipping will be applied. This fee covers shipping costs both ways, along with handling and restocking. The amount will be deducted from your refund.

To support a sustainable and responsible shopping experience, Lis Bonne Atelier reserves the right to cancel orders and deactivate accounts exhibiting an unusually high return frequency. This policy is designed to discourage repetitive purchasing and returning behavior while promoting mindful shopping.
