Shipping Policy

Sweden: 
Standard delivery DHL Service Point (Free shipping over 2000 SEK otherwise 49kr) 1-3 business days


Norway: 
UPS Standard Delivery 100 NOK

Within EU: 
Standard delivery: UPS Standard Delivery 10€

International Shipping: 
Fedex International (20$) 

Orders placed before 9am will be processed and shipped the same day. If placed after 9am they will be shipped the following day after Lis Bonne Atelier has accepted and confirmed your order.

Taxes and duties

Within the EU:
All applicable taxes and duties are included in the final purchase price.

International Shipping (Outside the EU):
Taxes and duties may apply once your package reaches its destination.

Shipments to Norway:
We are registered for VOEC, meaning all taxes and duties are included when purchasing goods with a value of maximum 3000 NOK. 

DDP Shipping (From November 5th, 2025):
We will offer Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) shipping to the United States, United Kingdom, and Norway. Orders to these countries will arrive with no additional charges at delivery.

DDU Shipping:
For all other international destinations, shipments will be sent on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees required by their country.

Note: Tariffs and trade regulations can change due to policy updates or international negotiations. Customers are encouraged to stay informed about potential impacts on pricing.

United States: Starting November 5th, 2025, all orders will ship DDP - meaning no extra fees upon delivery.

Please note that custom duties and taxes are non refundable by Lis Bonne Atelier AB. However, your local customs bureau may be able to assist you with a duty refund.

Return Policy

You are entitled to return your item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. Returns can be initiated online.

Please note:

• If you exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days and return the entire order, the original shipping cost will be refunded.

• A return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund: 79 SEK for returns within Sweden, and €20 for returns from the EU, UK, Norway, and the rest of the world.

• Products do not need to be returned in their original packaging, but must be unused and in a resellable condition.

For the return to be accepted the returned product(s) must be essentially in the same condition in which they were sold and with any seals intact. This does not apply if the i product(s) were damaged or otherwise changed due to any measure necessary to examine them, or due to any other circumstance not related to the consumer.

Lis Bonne Atelier will repay the price of the product(s) as soon as possible, however at the latest within 14 days from the date the product(s) was returned and received by us.

The funds will be returned to your original method of payment. If you paid using your credit card, the amount will be repaid to the same card.

Refunds

Unclaimed shipments 

If your order is returned to us due to failure to collect your package, a fee of 250 sek for Swedish orders and €30 for international shipping will be applied. This fee covers shipping costs both ways, along with handling and restocking. The amount will be deducted from your refund.

We sincerely value and appreciate the support of our customers. While we understand that returns may sometimes be necessary, especially for sizing issues, we encourage you to refer to the detailed size guides available on each product page. To support a sustainable and responsible shopping experience, Lis Bonne Atelier reserves the right to cancel orders and deactivate accounts exhibiting an unusually high return frequency. This policy is designed to discourage repetitive purchasing and returning behavior while promoting mindful shopping.
