International Shipping: 
Fedex International (20$) 

Orders placed before 9am will be processed and shipped the same day. If placed after 9am they will be shipped the following day after Lis Bonne Atelier has accepted and confirmed your order.

Taxes and duties

Within EU:
All relevant taxes and duties will be included in your final purchase price. 

Shipments to Norway:
We are registered for VOEC, meaning all taxes and duties are included when purchasing goods with a value of maximum 3000 NOK. Goods with a value above 3000 NOK, taxes and duties will apply. 

International shipping outside EU: 
Taxes and duties may apply once your package has reached the destination.

Please note that recent changes in U.S. customs regulations may impact how your order is processed at the border. Customs duties and charges are determined by U.S. Customs and are beyond our control. It is the customer's responsibility to review the latest import regulations before placing an order. We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to contact us with any questions regarding international shipping.

Please note that custom duties and taxes are non refundable by Lis Bonne Atelier AB. However, your local customs bureau may be able to assist you with a duty refund.

 

Return Policy

You are entitled to return your item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. Returns can be initiated online.

Please note:

  • If you exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days and return the entire order, the original shipping cost will be refunded.

  • A return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund: 79 SEK for returns within Sweden, and €20 for returns from the EU, UK, Norway, and the rest of the world.

  • Products do not need to be returned in their original packaging, but must be unused and in a resellable condition.

For the return to be accepted the returned product(s) must be essentially in the same condition in which they were sold and with any seals intact. This does not apply if the i product(s) were damaged or otherwise changed due to any measure necessary to examine them, or due to any other circumstance not related to the consumer.

Lis Bonne Atelier will repay the price of the product(s) as soon as possible, however at the latest within 14 days from the date the product(s) was returned and received by us.

The funds will be returned to your original method of payment. If you paid using your credit card, the amount will be repaid to the same card.

Unclaimed shipments 

If your order is returned to us due to failure to collect your package, a fee of 250 sek for Swedish orders and €30 for international shipping will be applied. This fee covers shipping costs both ways, along with handling and restocking. The amount will be deducted from your refund.
