Shipping Policy

Sweden:
Delivery to a service point with PostNord or DHL, 39–49 SEK. Home delivery with PostNord, 99 SEK.
Free shipping to service point on orders over 2 000 SEK. Delivery within 1–3 business days.

Norway:
UPS Standard Delivery, 150 NOK. Free shipping on orders over 2 000 NOK.

Denmark & Finland:
UPS Standard Delivery, free shipping on orders over 2 000 SEK. UPS Express Saver, 15 EUR.

Rest of the EU:
UPS Express Saver, 15 EUR.

United Kingdom:
UPS Express Saver, 20 GBP.

Rest of Europe (outside the EU):
UPS Express Saver, 20 EUR.

United States, Canada, Australia & New Zealand:
UPS Express Saver, 250 SEK.

Orders placed before 9am will be processed and shipped the same day. If placed after 9am they will be shipped the following day after Lis Bonne Atelier has accepted and confirmed your order.

Taxes and duties 

Within EU: 
All relevant taxes and duties will be included in your final purchase price.  

Shipments to Norway: 
We are registered for VOEC and ship Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) to Norway, meaning all taxes and duties are included and no additional charges apply at delivery.  
 
International shipping outside EU:  
Taxes and duties may apply once your package has reached the destination.  

Shipments to the United States, United Kingdom and Norway are sent Delivery Duty Paid (DDP): applicable duties and import taxes are handled by us and no additional charges apply at delivery.

Please note that custom duties and taxes are non refundable by Lis Bonne Atelier AB However, your local customs bureau may be able to assist you with a duty refund.
